The CDG Practice Pack is a new product combination that just made sense to us. Previously we introduced the CDG Quiet Pack which consisted of a set of Aquarian Super Pads and the Zildjian L80 Low Volume Cymbals. Now we are offering the option of adding a Prologix Percussion 12" Blue Lightning or a 12" Red Storm practice pad.
The Prologix Pad on the snare for me was a better fit because of the rim to do cross sticking and of course if you wanted to take a pad on the road for travels. The 12" Pad fits on any 14" snare comfortably or can be used on just a snare stand. This set up is the perfect solution to play at low volumes on your acoustic drum kit at home whether it be an apartment, condo, dorm room or in a house. No need to spend thousands of dollars on an e-kit just to be be able to play quietly or late at night.
