In the past, Google Play Music was a great platform where you could download music for offline listening. However, Google phased out Google Play Music in December 2020, transitioning users to their new service, YouTube Music. Currently, you can't download music directly from the old Google Play Music application or website. Instead, you can download music for offline listening through the YouTube Music app, which now holds the functionality once offered by Google Play Music. So, while you can't download music from Google Play Music anymore, Google still provides a platform for music lovers to enjoy their favorite tunes offline.

In exploring the topic of whether pop/rock music can be considered a form of high art, we need to understand that 'high art' is often seen as something profound, requiring a deep understanding.
